As a Rotary World Peace Fellow (2006-08), Vikas is currently the Deputy Director at Save the Children, India.  He is an expert in the field of disaster and emergency management  with strong experience coordinating & implementing programming at the global and national levels with  inter-agency platforms including  humanitarian agencies, the U.N., and NGOs.
