Bio – Valentina Cullmann

Valentina Cullmann is an innovation practitioner in international economic development, focused on how innovation and technology can be leveraged and scaled for sustainability impact in the Global South.

Over the last 12 years, she has designed, implemented, and advised innovation programmes across Asia, Latin America, and Africa—ranging from hackathons and policy labs to large-scale innovation facilities that bring together entrepreneurs and impact ventures from around the world.

She holds two Master’s degrees in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and the London School of Economics. She began her career in tech startups and global corporations before moving into international cooperation, working on digital innovation, economic promotion, and climate impact with GIZ, BMZ, the European Commission, and other donors. Alongside her advisory work, she has facilitated 60+ workshops and trainings on leadership, collaboration, and innovation for global teams.
