This article reviews and has links to the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) website, which has a large toolkit  available for the facilitation of Results-Based Management and monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability workshops for government agencies and civil society organizations. 

The NORAD website also has an easy to use data-visualization component, permitting readers to see where NORAD is working and on what topics.
