PCDN is excited to announce our upcoming Social Change Career Podcast Livestream Talent Is Everywhere, And Now Opportunity Can Be Too featuring Bidjan Nashat, CEO of Atlas Corps. Bidjan has dedicated his career to advancing talent and leadership development in a wide variety of impact roles including currently leading Atlas Corps. 

During this insightful episode, Bidjan will share his experience as a social entrepreneur and the CEO of Atlas Corps, a global social enterprise that equips leaders from around the world with the skills and knowledge needed to address today’s global challenges. He'll discuss the importance of international talent and leadership development and the role that it plays in advancing social change.

Drawing from his extensive background in social entrepreneurship education, and international humanitarian and development work, Bidjan will offer valuable advice for social impact professionals seeking to build a long-term sustainable career that connects to change. He'll share insights on how fellowships, remote work, and upskilling can be leveraged to create a career with impact, as well as key tips for what are critical skills for advancing a career and suitable pathways.

Bio: Bidjan Nashat is the CEO of Atlas Corps, a social enterprise for global talent. Previously, he was the global program quality and impact director at Save the Children International. He led the refugee response for Save the Children Germany as Programs and Advocacy Director in 2015-16, and worked on strategy and evidence at the World Bank and was part of the team that started Teach First Deutschland, which is a partner of the Teach For All global network. Bidjan grew up in the American sector of West Berlin as the son of an immigrant from Iran and a German mother. He lives with his wife and daughter in the Washington, DC, area.
