We only work with social impact/social change professionals. From entry-level to CEO; we love working with those who want to enter the social change field.
PCDN CAREER COACHING
Our coaching is designed for those who want to recieve personalized attention and tailored answers to your career questions. This includes mapping your path in the social impat space, where to find the right positions, how to radically expand your network for impact, improving your application materials, interviewing well, negotiating a salary, as well exploring what upskilling opportunities and fellowships can aid your career, and much more.
WHY IS IT NOT FREE?
We devote most of our time producing free and original content. A few hours of the day are allocated for one-on-one coaching for which we need to charge (food and all).
WILL YOU GUARANTEE ME A JOB
Sadly, no. No one can. What we can promise is that you will walk away with an amazing resume/cover letter, a clear career path, with plenty of tools to navigate and conquer the social change field.
IF I’M NOT FROM THE US/EUROPE CAN YOU HELP?
If you live on planet earth and your work is about changing the world in some capacity we are pretty sure we can guide you to succeed in your mission. But for each potential client, we also review your unique goals, experience + sectoral focus. Sometimes we are not the right team to help you and will let you know. For now we are NOT accepting applications from extra-terrestrial beings.
