About Marcela Ochoa Bernal
Marcela is a finance and international relations professional with a master’s in development and international policy. She has led high-impact work in Colombia and internationally, specializing in public-private partnerships, sustainable infrastructure, and strategic international cooperation.

Her roles have included DBT Officer at the British Embassy in Medellín, Security Planning Advisor for the Governor’s Office of Antioquia, and International Cooperation Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture. She also served as Executive Director of Corporación Antioquia Presente and has advised NEACOL, a U.S.-based nonprofit supporting children in Colombia.

Marcela teaches in the project specialization at Universidad del Norte and continues to shape systems for good through diplomacy, negotiation, and development expertise. She holds a Master's Degree from Seoul National University.
