Rational Games is a social enterprise that uses games to teach about and engage in the transformation of conflicts.  At Rational Games they teach negotiation, develop games and an app and also are engaged in philanthropical ventures to help about peace and conflict transformation through games.

Dr. Young is an independent author, trainer, consultant, with many years practical and academic experience in the area of negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills.
