We wish to invite you to join the SKY Mindful Leadership program – to build the capacity of leaders for improving mental health and wellbeing, social connectedness, and promote peace in their communities and organizations.

This workshop will consist of profound breath and meditation techniques, interactive discussions, and group processes.
