Change Research innovates to solve critically important problems at the intersection of data, social science, and politics. Since 2017, Change Research has been at the forefront of measuring public opinion. You have the ability to deliver business-critical communications and processes on a wide variety of projects. This is an ideal position for someone who loves to automate, streamline, and identify opportunities to improve processes that will increase the efficiencies of the small and scrappy Operations team.
Compensation and work environment:
This is a full-time, remote position and may require occasional travel and reports to the EVP of Operations.
The Operations Manager salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, based on relevant experience, and includes these benefits:
