Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in an educational field with a focus on experiential learning design and facilitation/social change (racial and gender equity) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience designing learning materials and tools that address equity, inclusion and diversity in organizational settings.
  • Experience implementing and facilitating innovative learning experiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively to grow and be challenged. Ability to manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
  • Skilled at conducting and applying qualitative/quantitative academic and industry research to learning content and design.
  • Comfortability learning, designing and applying various technologies and graphic design to enhance learning experiences.
  • Comfortability being malleable and responding to emerging needs in fast-paced and changing environments.

The Equity and Inclusion Strategy team closely partners with leaders and employee stakeholders across Google and Alphabet to increase their capability to integrate equity, inclusion and diversity (EID). As an EID Learning Experience Designer, you will work closely with the Chief Equity and Inclusion Strategist, to research, design and facilitate EID experiential learning approaches and programs that can be scaled for and implemented across the Bets (Alphabet companies).


  • Co-drive an equity, inclusion and diversity (EID) experiential learning path, curriculum and strategy.
  • Create and facilitate short- and long-term learning experiences that are scalable.
  • Design and implement innovative approaches to learning and development to increase racial and gender equity that transform mental models, behaviors and cultural dynamics.
  • Design learning experiences that go beyond existing EID learning and development models, approaches and curriculum. Conduct and integrate applicable academic and industry research to your design and curriculum.
