As a critical part of our Do Good Institute team, the Assistant Director, Operations leads the Do Good Institute business and operations team. The position directs all aspects of budgeting; business planning; operations for efficient and effective organizational growth (including hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, and relationship management with a variety of vendors, and internal and external stakeholders); oversees the Institute’s facilities; and supervises a fast-growing business and operations team.
The Assistant Director should be entrepreneurial in their work and an independent self-starter; will join a growing, talented team; and will collaborate with a variety of internal and external constituencies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position will directly supervise several full-time and contract employees including multiple Federal Work Study (FWS) students, business team contract employees, and up to five new full-time employees over the next several years. The position reports to the Associate Director.
